All seven centers are certified by National Early Childhood Program Accreditation (NECPA) and has a full-time nurse on staff. The summer camp is offered for children 5 to 12 years of age. Each center has indoor and outdoor age-appropriate play areas, weekly field trips, and a unique intergenerational program.

All levels of dancers will take part in this three-week intensive workshop to learn the Garth Fagan Dance philosophy and the many intricacies of the Fagan Technique, taught by Garth Fagan Dance company members. For an active, out-of-doors summer, register your child in the GVP Sports Camp at Genesee Valley Park. Youth ages 6-13 will play a number of sports including soccer, football, baseball, tennis, swimming and more. Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., for just $85 per week for city residents, with breakfast and lunch included.

At Mathnasium, summer programs are all about preventing summer learning loss and helping students prepare for what lies ahead. For some students, that means a solid review of previous material. Others benefit from previewing upcoming concepts. Most students will get some of both. Summer-only Mathnasium memberships are available.
